Why do we need to keep ourselves clean during menses?
We need to keep ourselves clean all the time especially during our menses. This is very important because during this time there is risk of infections associated if we don't keep ourselves clean . When the blood is released , it needs to be very well cleaned so the no stain is left that causes us infections and also to avoid bad smell.
